Description: From 1930, 1948 and 1958, and with widely varying instrumentation, these chamber works share a generally cheerful and light tone in divertimento fashion, pausing only for one slow movement in each (the one in the clarinet quintet, at over ten minutes, being quite unusual for Hindemith in length and intensity).
