Description: As Järvi moves back and forth between his various orchestras, he continues his Swiss sojourns with this 81:30 Massenet collection which has a few over-recorded items but also includes real rarities like the cello Fantaisie, a 17-minute, three-movement piece from 1896-97 and the brief pieces of music from the operas Don Césay de Bazan, a forgotten comic opera from 1872 and Les Érinnyes, with a part for solo cello, from the same year.
