Description: This work, made up of four separate cantatas (which can be performed separately) is undated like most of Graun's work and it's just as likely to be from the early 1730s as from the composer's post-1740 period in Berlin. It is, however, more complex melodically than his later works and offers a wide variety of accompaniment in its arias from an orchestra with pairs of flutes, oboes, bassoons, horns, three trumpets, timpani, organ and strings.
