Description: Here is Palomo’s largest-scale work yet: a 40-minute set of six “nocturnes” depicting various aspects of Andalusian life (and remember not to misunderstand the term “nocturne” - in Spain, vigorous dancing occurs both day and night) using a full-sized orchestra and employing a subtle orchestrational hand to ensure that the guitar soloist is never drowned out.
