Description: All these works date from 1924-25 and have in common the fact that they were written for small-scale forces - no more than twelve performers make up the orchestra in any of these pieces while, stylistically, the only thing they have in common is that they are neither Romantic nor dodecaphonic. None are particularly rare on disc but the coupling may be unique. Christoph Heesch (cello), Eroica Berlin; Jakob Lehmann.
