Description: For previous Hyperion releases of pianist Hamelin playing Haydn sonatas, we've just noted it on the cover and given you a sort of hybrid catalogue number to order by. With the first release of Haydn keyboard concertos (no, we don't know if there will be more), we decided to move Marc-André into the body of the catalogue. You don't need notes on the music; suffice to say that the orchestra is a modern-instrument one from Québec City but they use baroque bows and period performance techniques.
