Description: A lack of any notes concerning the works themselves prevents us from giving you dates of composition but, while some of you will have the two Clarton discs we offered almost a decade ago containing all the Krumpholtz concertos, it's unlikely you'll have run across Conti's or Zumsteeg's concerti. Like the Krumpholtz, they are attractively melodic, with a full orchestral complement including horns, often with highly virtuosic solo material but not really aspiring to anything but providing the audience with high-quality entertainment in high Classical style. Rzeszów Chamber Orchestra; Grzegorz Oliwa.
